My old biometric was used for my i131
Hi all, my old biometrics from my pending i130 and i485 was recently updated on my i131 (from Vawa)only. please note that I am still married am and my old EAD expires in less than 90 days. will the biometrics update apply to my i765 (from bawa) too ? or do I expect another biometrics update on i765 too ? or I should just await my combo card approval? please help a brother🙏

@The Law Your old biometrics will be reapplied to the i765. it’s the same one that applies to whatever case type you have with Uscis. I have only done biometrics once in 2017( year I got married) and that’s what they’ve been using for all my cases. You will see the same update for i765 then approval.

same thing happened to me. @The Law . they applied biometrics to my 1-131 only
