they are waiving a lot of case to do the process quick for others .. is definitely a good sign .. one question where you go to check when you case was reviewed ?

Emma told me a live agent thru Emma. I have been married over two years. is it possible they just give me the ten year green card without an ead first or advanced parole?

it’s just crazy that’s almost a year ago it was waived

so I actually think June 11 was the second actively reviewed the case status just didn’t update. but live agent told me an officer looked at it just two days ago. and I’ve been hearing after a second actively reviewed people get approval soon after idk if this will be ead or gc but I think gc. do some people just not get ead and go straight to gc?

it’s funny I saw some other person waived same day as us I commented recently and I had seen you commented. my last review was two days ago but it didn’t update on my account only knew from Emma live agent

mount laurel is my field office where my i485 is but I think it’s still at the nbc. I did just find out my expedite request was denied though :/

due to some unresolved issues with my case but they of course won’t tell me what they are

@God is great what kind of advice do you need or want? sometimes green cards are approved at nbc sometimes at field office I think at least idk tho

it’s different for everyone normally field office is where your interview is but they have been waiving them and sometimes they get transferred to other service centers or field offices

I hope so too. my biometrics were a year ago but also something to note usually petitioners don’t have to submit biometrics so that’s concerning

@mount laurel New Jersey No u shouldn't. But I think if there was something on the background check they would have notified you already. So I hope it's only because of the backlog and maybe our i130 was transferred to a really slow SC.

well that’s true and my interview was waived and an officer just looked at my case they said my background check is pending but it’s been a year. i130 is still at nbc. but my court case is pending as well which might be why

so maybe uscis doesn’t know what to do because it’s an arrest and not a conviction but it is a Adam walsh case which is why it got flagged. cause that disqualifies but idk I haven’t gotten a noid
