July 14th interview notice created lawfully online July 20th Change of address not confirmed so I contacted USCIS because interview notice might be delivered to my old address. July 21st USCIS gave me verification number to reschedule the interview due to inaccessible mail -they indeed sent the interview notice in my old address..July 28th verification number double confirmed and officer designated about rescheduling. July 28th change of address confirmed via email telling the local office will reschedule my interview : even heading of the email told the address of local office near me...... : local office did not know anything since July 8th they only knew interview schedule was created on July 14th for them. August 14ish was the initial interview date before verification given to me about rescheduling and they denied my petition based on no show. I filed I-290b yesterday it was 675usd. I will become illegal when my nonimmigrant visa expires this December2023. now I want to sue my landlord in my old address he lied that room was booked and kicked me out without understanding about immigration .

I can understand your situation,it’s really difficult.I just don’t understand we come here to study and I already have a airline pilot job in india. I have no intention to stay here. I wish there is someone to help us in these issues because we as students don’t even have family or financial means to deal with these situations.
