My I485 case status is showing Fingerprints applied from last 6 Months
My I485 case status is showing Fingerprints applied from last 6 Months but when I check with Emma multiple agents mentioned case moved to Chicago filed office in APR-23, Have not received any letters or update on USCIS status about the case moving between NBC to FO nor case moved to CRP, anybody in similar situation?? My PD is not current, it’s OCT-31-2022 and Country India..

I am in same boat PD Nov-22. Until your PD becomes current, you will not get any progress, instead of CRP I hope.

@WP EB1C my Pd is Oct 26-2022. case moved to another office on 3/14 and since then no news. unfort. FAD isn’t moving and unless PD becomes current, nothing will happen is what I believe. whenever I speak to Emma, there’s no proper response. not sure how you all are getting so much info from Emma.

@WP EB1C did you get an intimation that your case has moved to a FO? then it might give me some hope as my PD is before you and hence, mine would have also moved to FO. Emma didn’t tell me anything abt that. it only said follow the transfer letter.

@P S I checked with 3 different agents through Emma and all gave the same answer that my case is at Chicago FO and it was transfered in APR-23, I directly ask Emma agents like where is my case currently being processed and every time I get this answer from them. I also checked the status of my wife and kids and got the same answer as well.. However I have not received any transfer letter or courtesy email so far and case status is FAD

Update- My case status just got updated to case remains pending due to visa unavailability ..
