My i360 was approved Dec 2022, i485 not received yet.
My i360 was approved Dec 2022, then i485 status changed to fingerprint applied to the case.I called USCIS yesterday to know what’s going on as it’s been 8months already, I was told my case is at Vermont service center to write them, I asked the lady why? she responded (that’s the only thing I can see here on my computer) can anyone explain what it means to me please.

@manny pop based off my experience you cannot call USCIS to get information on a VAWA case. Any information you need you would have to send a letter to the center where your case is. I am a VAWA recipient as well. My I-360 was submitted in August of 2020. It was approved in April of 2023. My I-485 was submitted in December of 2023 and was approved in July of 2023.

@Fel84 B thank you for your response, my i485 was submitted along with my i360. it’s been 8 months that my i360 was approved and my i485 is not approved yet. I was just concerned about what the representative meant by my case is at VSC Vermont service center.

@manny pop I think you’ll get an approval soon. I don’t know how long since your case has been going on but I feel as if it’s because I was 1 month away from 3 years why they approved my I-485 in 6 months. All the best though, hope you get approved soon.
