MY I360 is still pending but schedule for I485 Interview
I applied for VAWA in Starting of 2025, and my I-485 has been pending since my marriage base. last year after VAWA petition I received the RFE Related to the submission for support of affidavit documents for I485, I informed USCIS that I had filed for VAWA and please keep my I485 in abeyance till VAWA decision and they did it because they received RFE and didn't denied my pertition keep it active but Today, I received an update saying my I-485 is schedule for an interview. What should I do? Since my case is still pending under VAWA, does anyone go through the same process #VAWA #2025

It is normal. AS you go for the interview just show the officer that your VAWA is pending. You should be fine.

you just go and show them your vawa receipt and they will keep your i485 in hold, please don’t miss it

same situation - 2 days before interview they cancel it

I’m currently in this situation, interview Tuesday and I did mail them a letter to show I filed for vawa, I also sent a copy of the i360 form signed because I didn’t receive a receipt notice yet at the time…it took 5 days for me to get the receipt notice and I immediately uploaded on my account under the doc tab under i485 as well and the letter to transfer and hold.. hopefully they cancel before Tuesday , if not I printed out a letter plus receipt notice and usps delivery to show I notified them prior interview…. do this and you’ll be fine I guess…

As soon as I received the appointment notice, I reprinted my file (Vawa) because I hadn't received any instructions. I wrote a quick note and sent everything off. Then, two days before the appointment, I received a notification that the appointment had been canceled, and then I received the instructions (but now I have two open Vawa files—strange, but oh well).

@Unique Bae will do girl trust me, I have a copy I everything I sen them plus the notice regarding that receipt notice, will be back to say what happens tomorrow..
