if you re-marry before your VAWA -I-360 Approval, it means you have abandoned the application of I-360 that you had filled already. However, if you think marrying to a Military Spouse willl give you an edge & the Love is there btw you guys, do as you fit good for you .

I totally agree with @Yana Yana.. do not put your life in anyone’s hands cuz you don’t know what’s going to happen next. best advise is that wait it out and get your green card from Vawa then you can do as you please cuz if for any reason it doesn’t go as planned you know you are still covered rather than going to square 1 back, I mean you lose everything and back to scratch. if this person truly cares and loves you then they will wait and understand your situation regardless and I’m sure they want what’s best for you. don’t make same mistake again the second time. my two cent but again it’s your choice to make.
