@rich hdez January 13 was my first review then Feb I got RFE and today like 6/7 hours ago was my second review,, they did not even updated my case saying that they got my documents that I submitted to prove bonafide marriage

my I-130 got approved three weeks ago and I got a mail for Medicals which I submitted like almost 2 weeks back. all of a sudden I got an alert that my I-130 case was reopened and changed to case is actively being reviewed by USCIS. what does this mean? Also my I-485 is still saying response was received for RFE. any ideas as to why my I-130 was reopened after it’s been approved already. thanks
