My I-140 filed on Feb 23, 2023 and still waiting for response on status.
My I-140 filed on Feb 23, 2023 and still waiting for response on status. My PD is not current. since PD is not current is there any advantage if I-140 processe in premium?

Which service center and category? My EB1-2 I-140 was filed on Feb 24, 2023 and already got the approval without PP. So you might get news soon.
