My I-130 is being pending for long time (since April 2022).My lawyer keeps sending inquiries but they always saying it’s in normal processing time.And I feel like lawyers don’t care like you care.

stop using your lawyer is best and reach out to your congressman or woman for expedit process I did mine without anyone just some advice from people

Your wife is a citizen or resident because if she is a resident, your category is F2A. And normal time.
