my I-130 approved but I 485 interview scheduled?
im in texas service center with PD 1/3/23. im married for 4 years and just this year applied. my case is going relatively fast since i live in smaller country but what im confused about is that my I130 got approved but I 485 got scheduled for interview in a month. so I’ve been googling stuff and some lawyers say thats a bad sign and some said that its regular interview regardless if i130 got approved or not. does anybody have similar situation/experience?

I just receive my i130 approval from Texas office, no interview schedule yet.. How long after your i130 approval you received the interview schedule update?

@Monica Masis mine got approved and scheduled on same day but i didnt find out the day until 14 days after. but sometimes it takes a moment for interview to be scheduled if 2 different officers are working on your case

if the i-130 approved, why interveiw after approved case, thats woried, but its ok always interview os easy
