@m n your uscis online account isn't saying denied on both forms. have you spoken to an agent yet? USCIS won't deny/approve a case without updating the online status/account. call to spoke with someone first. (if you haven't.) like they said, something is not adding up.

I have the same situation, I filed for vawa. Don't listen to people here that say to you that you are in trouble, seek legal advice and move on with your life.

Your spouse withdrew that petition on his own no one forced him to do it my advice to you is let him be his Karma will get back to him if he intentionally withdrew and is lying to you . Knowledge is power and once people know they can manipulate you and lie to you they will take full advantage of you . Protect yourself at all cost in the future and Always have access to your account and only you don't leave everything in someone's hands especially when it's your future but I pray for you in this time that god gives you the help and strength to deal with this situation.

@m n sorry about that, but actually it happens, at any time immigration can intimidate US citizen to withdraw the case even during interviews because it gives them a quick denial of your case. My advice is, if your husband is willing to refile for you, please do that because it makes your case stronger if it is the same person than you filing with another person. vawa is also another option but if you are with you husband, then just refile

@m n you can file vawa ignore the 33days that’s what immigration send to any one they denied their case. However you can file for vawa if you have any evidence of abuse from you your husband withdrawing your 1-130 without your knowledge hmmm. l will advise not to refile with him because he will do it again if threaten again by the immigration officer just try and gather evidence as much as you can and file your vawa you will b fine bcz everyone filling for vawa means their initial filling didn’t go well with his or her spouse.
