even tho my lawyer told me not to submit, I still did. you know why? because when we received the the interview notice, a bunch of other docs were being asked for.

February 2024 Nebraska Service Center i130 for husband in Guyana..I submitted i130 online. Someone did the form for me and told me to wait for RFE but I uploaded photos and affidavit letters from friends and family anyway. Upload your evidence, getting. RFE just takes longer

I hate when lawyers do that. that leaves the door open for unnecessary rfes and an interview that would probably have been waived. send everything you have you can also upload them through your account online.good luck
