My husband I-601a has been approved!!!
my husband I-601a has been approved. Thank God. we submitted on June 25, 2020. I wish everyone the best. Also, does anybody know how can I get an interview date for my husband. He’s from El Salvador. Hes case became documentary qualified since March 2021 but we never received an interview date. if I expedite because of financial problems would that affect him? please anybody with a similar case. TIA

congratulation , my lawyer once a year report to nvc that i601a still not aproved and its on proces , just so nvc wont expire and start all over again ! ones uou aproved i601a your lawyr need to contact nvc so they can make your husbend apointmant in elsalvador ! good luck

@Lucy Carvin did you get the interview yet? or still waiting? I have the same issue waiver approved and documentarily qualified since march 2021
