Our first lawyer made tons of mistakes, we had a few discrepancies and his divorce docs were denied.

The reasons listed in our denial was filling errors eg: wrong dob made by lawyer, discrepancies between us and his divorce certificate not being up to American standards.

They did not put him in removing conditions. We just filed a new case and nothing was said.

Yes they gave us a chance to address these concerns but again the lawyer messed everything up. we got wrong counsel from day one we eventually had to fire him!

For anyone wondering our first interview I was called first and questioned for an hour and him around 45 minutes. Second interview he was called first, questioned for 45 minutes and I was called and asked questions for less thank 15 minutes. They basically went over our first discrepancies and asked us the same question. Officer said he was going to recommend approval but needs a supervisor due to our first denial.
