My friend i485 got denied when will she be issued an NTA?can she reapply before she received an NTA ?on the denial letter its say she may receive an NTA

legal entry it does matter, if she can’t proved a legal entry she can’t do adjustments of status instead she would have to do consular processing and apply for a waiver, but he she have a legal entry so it should be an error from uscis. @Moi me
