ya I have contacted them but they just say it’s due to workload factors not related to my case

no it’s not accurate. all my progress counted down from like 6 months then dropped at like 5 months to say “taking longer than expected” and now I got an RFIE for my 485 and my 130 said 3 months then next day it went to 6 months. AP still “taking longer than expected”.
