Eb1C I-140 filed Oct 2024 is also still pending with Texas Processing Center. No single movement since they received the case

Same here, EB-1C regular processing submitted in December 2024 with Texas Processing Center, no news.

if it gives you little peace of mind… filed concurrently in February 2024 still pending with no damn update….same Nebraska center

i submitted on premium processing in Oct still no update

mine is pending from April 2024

My i-140 case was filled by lawyer on 7 August 2025 and my priority date is 23 December 2023 and my category is eb3 unskilled but till now still i didn't get my case number of i-140. Can you please guide me on this?
