it took me 3 months to get my I-485 approved after my I-140 (eb1-c, end of February - end of May 2022)

Hi Anders ... did you file 485 concurrent? Also, did u have to go through interview process?

I filed 140, 765 and 485 concurrently with the medical, I filed the 131 three months later. No interview and never received the EAD or advance patrol.

timeline was 140 - 10.5 months, 485 - 13.5 months (including RFE for birth certificate).

you will not recieve the ead, you will directly get ur green card. so please hold on for ur petition to get transfered to NBC then it will directly get processed
