@Nove Love when it confirmed it is the same when a case get approved. now USCIS will send your cousin an email to create a USCIS account and answer a few biographical question and download his passport/scan his face via CBP one(it an app) after that they will send him the travel document.

When they confirm your case, the petitioner will receive an email calls Ellis and it is confidential. Uscis send introductions for that person to go online to complete the information because USCIS already create the account for the petitioner.
