My case went from 7 months wait time down to 2 weeks.
Called USCIS to check status and it currently says petition is currently under review, before when I called it said petition is still pending review. I’m hoping for the best outcome 🙏🏼

hi! we have very similar timelines. my submission date was Oct 15 2022. and it also said actively review since November….

mine went from 7 months to “your case is taking longer than expected to process.”… There is a note on their Processing Time page on their website that states USCIS Service Centers are now prioritizing I-130 application. I think it's because their cycle times goals (6 months for I-130s) they promised aren't going to be reached by the end of the year at the rate they're going. They probably are just going to start processing the hell out of as many petitions the cycle time goals are behind on.
