My case was updated to Notice explaining action USCIS intends to take on your case .
On November 18,2022 I received NOID and responded in December 2022. My case status changed yesterday to We begin reviewing your form I -130 and mail you the action USCIS intend to take on your case. Have anyone in this community received second NOID after responding to the first NOID?

i130 for kids under 21 . I received my first NOID on Feb 8, 2022. So I sent their birth records , hospital records and more other in March 2022. USCIS received them on May 9,2022. And on May 24 2022, USCIS issued another noid which included taken the dna test but optional. So I paid all necessary fees to AABB for DNA in May 2022. It was just last month that’s Feb 1,2023 my kids went to the embassy to be tested. I’m still waiting for USCIS response
