one of my friend have same case status PD jan21. His status changed to case schedule for Interview.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

i got an RFE asking for my whole life even my taxes since I entered USA. All my approved forms(visa extension, student visa) , payroll, letter from employer and more. Will respond this month and so scared why they would ask for all that stuff they should have it

@Samanta Silva Did they ask for your taxes? I had never seen that before, this is something new to me. Is there any statement you get from the IRS saying you never filed taxes here? It's a good thing you have all the evidence. And when did you receive this RFE? And which field office was handling your case?

My PD is March2021. i have all the taxes. My status is “ready to schedule interview” instead I got a RFE. Field office West Palm beach and received the RFE march24
