My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since
My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since. 8 months and nothing. Is anyone else in the same boat? My medical exam wasn't sent with my I485, so I'm expecting a RFE, but I didn't get one.

exactly same boat. seems like cases transferred on Oct 4 are not being touch. I sent my medical with 485 and nothing since transfer.

exactly the same on oct 4 case transferred to NBC, but I got medical RFE on April 26., I am EB3- unskilled , my PD July 2021

@Vitaliy 123 is RFE from field office or NBC? im wondering if the case has to go field office to get final decision.

mine was transferred on 10/4 too, PD 4/2021. I called uscis last week and they told me they JUST got my biometrics and medical and confirmed my case as employment-based on 4/25 although I submitted everything back in April and May of 2022.
