My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since.
My case was transferred to NBC on Oct 4,2022 and nothing has changed since. 8 months and nothing. Is anyone else in the same boat? My medical exam wasn't sent with my I485, so I'm expecting a RFE, but I didn't get one.

Same here! My case was transferred in Sep 2022 and there hasn’t been any update since transfer. PD is April 2021… 🫠

my case was transferred Texas to NBC on 22nd April 2022. after that no update . however I sent my medical along with i485 application. PD is November 2020

my pd is October 2020. they ask for medical form which mine was expired on august.and they wanted birth certificate which i also sent it in the beginning .

@Maria Bouvier I feel like the officer who picked up our case is just sitting on it, waiting for his retirement. I know there’s a gap between our Priority Date and the current PD, but couldn’t they move it forward, right?
