My Case was denied. Really stressed!
I submitted my case in March and I got a RFIE regarding my joint sponsor. (My Joint sponsor is retired and I attached more bank statements with her last 3 SSA 1099 Forms and assets. I sent the documents Less than a month ago)
The RFIE Specified my sponsor qualified but needed more evidence regarding my joint sponsor
Now I need to wait for the denial letters. What are my best alternatives? I am married to an US Citizen and I graduated from college with my F1 Visa last June.
I am very stressed because I do not have a job, I lose my job offer and I do not know if I should appeal or issue a new I-485. Also I got two additional people that are willing to be my joint sponsor.

You have an specific case. Hire a lawyer to fight with Uscis. At this point, they won't charge you a lot because your case is almost ending. Don't think too much, go and hire a lawyer.

Hello! and thank you for your messages. I got the denial because my joint sponsor doesn't have enough evidence for USCIS (She is retired and she has the income but even with bank statements and SSA Forms are not enough for them) Possibly i will fill out the motion to reopen with a new Joint sponsor I-864 with evidence. I hope they accept it and reopen my case. I will keep you guys posted so my experience can be useful to anyone

guys I have they same 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and 23 days ago I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & yesterday I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them
