my case was approved one January 23 22 was send out to nvc one 27 January I received email from nvc one 27 to pay fee, civil documents and application Ds-260 I did all unfortunately still today nothin

my mom is f3 she send out all her paperwork and pay all fees. However she got a response in Jan of last year that everything was accepted now she has been waiting more than a year now. 🙏🏾

Jess they are taking about 90 days to respond once you submit all the documents to NVC. I took 67 days for my dads papers to be documentrily qualified but my moms I’m still waiting.

Girish when I log in one website ceac.state.gov the documents is completed and submitted since April 4 they mailed me my confirmation of DS-260 application

jess laila: instead of submitted the documents should say accepted. that’s what they show when nvc reviews your documents.

jess laila: yup. log in again and check whether the uploaded documents shows submitted or accepted. if it shows accepted then your documents has been reviewed or else it hasn’t.

you can open an inquiry it’s over 90 days already. rite now they are processing February 21 and your already passed. I submitted my parents documents on March 5th and they accepted in May 12th.
