When were you being actively reviewed?

everyone has a same problem I guess. I talk to 2 immigration lowyer they told me USCIS retain all the new approval. I have one sister who have same problem but USCIS send her file to NVC without the i-824. try to talk to Emma Chat or call USCIS request about the problem and contact with the Ombudsman explain them everything

you’re not only one in the same boat I know maybe 10 people has same things. USCIS has some glitch from their side but they want us to pay to move the file. if can’t call them, go to USCIS website type ombudsman and submit a request with all the explanations and make sure submit approval notice and I-130 let them know USCIS did that. it’s not fare for us to pay extra money for the mistake we didn’t not do, if we do any mistake USCIS right way ask for evidence or reject the file, we put all the information spouse address and everything fill up with care now they said we don’t indicate them anything

I am in the same situation, I will not send the i824 form, my husband called USCIS and they told him not to send it, they asked him for a moment and told him to send the case to the NVC from 0 to 90 days and I am waiting because that is a USCIS error

Hola Nayeli! acabamos de recibir un pedido de RFE, debe llegar a la casa de mi esposo en tres días y alli sabremos que piden. a ti que te pidieron? yo no vivo en EEUU, pero mi esposo si es ciudadano. Presentamos la solicitud el 29 de junio de 2021, y hoy recibio ese aviso en la cuenta de UCSIS. Estamos en la incertidumbre de que documentacion pediran!

@TalleresMañon que tal! el rfe solicitaba subir nuevamente acta de divorcio de mi esposo (documento que ya habiamos subido) pero lo volvimos a hacer obviamente, luego de eso en aprox una semana aprovaron el caso. Fue en julio de este año al NVC y ayer 18 de noviembre recibimos el correo que los documentos enviado a NVC fueron aprobados y calificamos para la entrevista en la Embajada de mi pais. Ahora debemos esperar que NVC nos avisen cuando tendremos la cita en la embajada. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Hasta ahora son 1 año y 4 meses desde que conenzamos el proceso.
