@No image @Dr. U Yes, my case moved after the EAD was approved, to Fresno FO. I was told by Emma agent that the FO was one of their fastest. A day before the approval, I still chatted with Emma agent, and was informed that my case was last reviewed on July 30 by an officer at the FO.

how did you ask when was it last reviewed? every time I ask, they tell me it’s not possible to see if an officer reviewed my file.

yes, some agents tell you they can't see it but others can see it. I just kept asking everytime I was opportune to chat with Emma Agent. Be rest assured that with persistence, one of them will spill the information.
