I’m waiting since Sept 2021, but I had an interview a year ago and still no decision. I’ve sent service requests, congressman inquiry (no help). I also contacted 2 of my senators, haven’t received anything yet, and requested ombudsman’s help

Mine was approved after a little over 700 days and without an interview. It's not normal, but there's still a chance that everything will work out.
