awesome. I’m January 2021 filer. did you get any RFe? was this app accurate for you?
kim ANov 18, 2021
@ sassy no I didn’t get no RFE and yea I guess cuz I have another case tracker app
sassy jNov 18, 2021
@ Kim a. ok thnx
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
awesome, congrats. looks like Vermont doesn’t update bio or anything just straight to interview lol they move in mysterious ways 🤣🤣🤣
kim ANov 18, 2021
@ patiently I think so too but the issue I’m having now is my wife is locked up 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
well honestly when it says ‘interview ready to be scheduled’ it can still take 6 months to get in there. Will ur wife be out by then? Also I think if you can prove she can’t be there for a legitimate reason it’s ok but I would ask a lawyer
kim ANov 18, 2021
@waiting I don’t have an ideal how long but I hope she get out soon cuz I don’t want to reschedule that could take forever to get another date and yea I will speak to my lawyer, but why they calling people for interview tho?
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
they do that sometimes if you had ur intial 485 interview out of the country, maybe you guys didn’t submit enough evidence and sometimes I honestly think it’s just luck of the draw. About a month ago I read something on this app where they scheduled a couple with a newborn for 751 interview, they got there and the officer said something to the extent of ‘why are u guys even here, I really don’t think you need to be here’. really don’t think they have an exact science to it
kim ANov 18, 2021
I did my i485 here in the states 2019 and I went for interview twice, they should have just requested for more evidence cuz lol I’m not a interview person but it’s okay…. lol really I guess they just act anyhow they like,
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
yeah man you’ll be good.
kim ANov 18, 2021
thanks man I appreciate, are you on same boat with me?
sassy jNov 18, 2021
lord I hope they just send my dam card or RFe. they doing too much at vermont on top of them being slow and sleepy on People’s case
kim ANov 18, 2021
@sassy I know right they just act anyhow this days
kim ANov 18, 2021
after going through I-485 interview twice now they want to do another one
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
@sassy just a quick heads up the processing times used to based on one month… but as of nov 1,2021 they are based on the last 6 months so we get a better overview. 10-16 months sounds about right so if haven’t got interview notice rfe and you submitted about 10 months ago chances are you’ll just get ur card in the mail. Vermont is odd because Texas/California we barely see any interviews/rfe. I think we just got bad luck being sent to Vermont
sassy jNov 18, 2021
@waiting thanks for the info. lord fingers crossed
kim ANov 18, 2021
did they move anyone case to another office? cuz they moved mine 3 weeks ago
sassy jNov 18, 2021
no mines didn’t move. I haven’t had an update on my case since April 14,2021 saying fingerprints applied.
kim ANov 18, 2021
I didn’t have any fingerprints reuse, it’s was they moved it and then this
sassy jNov 18, 2021
@kim I actually had a biometrics appointment scheduled ,mines didn’t reuse I had to go in
kim ANov 18, 2021
ohh okay that’s why I guess

lucky u
Flex acerNov 18, 2021
@ waiting Patiently, can you please explain further what does it mean to have the processing time base on the last 6 months? is that a good thing?
Waiting PatientlyNov 18, 2021
@flex racer, there was USCIS alert saying as of NOV 1, 2021 the estimated times we see for 751 applications will be based on the last 6 months as opposed to estimate based on just the past month. This gives us a better overall idea of how long it takes to process cases.
