My case is transferred to Denver FO on July 10th .
My PD December 13 2022, I have been patiently waiting but also checking on my case once a month to see the updates. I talked to 2 Emma agents this morning both of them said my case is at Denver FO , I was informed last month that my interview marked as waived but I know that could be changed and I live 800 miles away from Denver. How long usually take them to make a decision on the case after arrived at FO on you guys experience? I just got my EAD last month so I don't mind the wait but also like to have some ideas.

hey @crystal 1980 ! Even my I130 and I485 applications were transferred to Denver FO (i live far away from there as well) on June 27th and interview waived on June 26th. My PD is Jan 13th 2023. Even I’m wondering how much time it would take. I didn’t get my EAD yet though.

Sure will, hopefully our cases get adjudicated soon. I saw many cases got their GCs without EAD, you will get a good news soon. I waited for 6 months for EAD and 7 months till they transferred my case to FO. I already sent Medical report so I don't think I will get Ref on that if they ever send ref could be for bona-fide so I'm waiting to see what the next step is.

@crystal 1980 Great, thank you! Even I submitted my medicals along with the application so I should be good as well with regards to that. However, what’s the “bonafide” RFE you mentioned? Can you please elaborate?

@Karan L I only submitted a few things for bona-fide marriage
- Marriage certificate
- 10 photos
- Joint bank account
- Lease in both names
- Phone bills
And I have seen many people submitted tons of evidence so I assumed that if I ever get Ref then it could be for bona-fide... I have some other stuff like life insurance policy, car insurance, utility bills etc which I didn't think to submit at the time. I'm still patiently waiting though as it could be months till we get to the next step .

oh I see.. Thanks @crystal 1980 !! Any developments yet? Seems like Oct and Nov 2022 applicants are getting approved, but, not sure if specifically from Denver FO. Hope we get something pretty soon 🤞

@Karan L I asked live agent today, they said my case is at Minneapolis FO, and they last looked at it July 25th also refs was issued. any updates on yours?

@Karan L they might want more of bona-fide marriage from me , still not receiving anything on account though so im just waiting but they said introview still marked as waived

@Karan L I rechecked with 2 other live agent it's still at Denver not Minneapolis, and it was looked at on July 25th nothing showing on my account though
