Approvals seem to be taking much longer these days unless you do premium processing. I would expect to wait somewhere between 8-12 months. Even once approved, then begins an even bigger wait for adjustment of status. Patience is the only solution unfortunately.

you should expect 300 days on average. if the result is out earlier then it’s good; otherwise it is no surprise.
