Interesting. So I got the same update/Status into my USCIS Profile on Feb 29th 2024 but Yesterday March 4th 2024 they posted the same update again, exact same word by word.

@Parvez Alam It’s interesting I tried everything that my case to review but nothings help I don’t know how many years I have to wait I started my case since 2020 and my case got closed I-824 form applied on October 2022 and it’s still in the process.

have you reached out to them non stop? I was bugging them a lot I mean aloooot. Calling them every week, Contacted my Local Senator, My States Congressman, Biden Administration Team and DHS Ombudsman as well.

same thing happen to me i got the same udate status in to my USCIS account profiled on mach 7th 2024, and march 8 they posted the same update again

@Abu Chowdhury I spoke with tier 2 officers chating with other representatives and also congressman they didn’t tell the reason why they’re holding my case for so long congrassman told me it takes up to review 20 month or longer I don’t know why

@Shahlo Tohirova my case just got approved today, case was sent to NVC. dont worry my case took 18 months. do not loose hope they will approve yours too.

@Mel pal @K A It's been more than 1 year since my friend's husband brought the visa, we applied at the same time, but my documents were closed due to the mistake of the lawyer, and we filled out the I-824 form, it's been almost 1.5 years since we filled it, but there is no news they neither answer the question nor contact by phone. Recently, one of my acquaintance's daughters also filled out the I-824 form in the same month that we submitted it. Her husband arrived at the beginning of the month. He was also an American citizen. For some reason, the documents require us to wait a long time. The Congressman said the same, they said they can consider it in 20 months. When I ask why some people open early, then why should we wait, they make all kinds of excuses, saying to drop the application. Every day, when contacted, different answers from each of them. I've tried everything, but there's no letter left, it's all the same thing, they say we don't know, they apologize and ask you to wait, and when I say how long can I wait, they hang up without answering. where is this justice left? I am tired mentally and physically.

I’ve never stop praying but it’s not easygoing everything if it’s not done at the ending kf this year I’ll move to that country. I’ll withdraw all applications.

I understand. We think about moving to different countries all the time, but the reality of it is money. I can support my family easily in USA, but cant in spouse’s country. Sad money and government controls if a family can be together

@K A It's true, but I submitted a document for my husband. I tried everything, but nothing has changed. They said that if you have a first child, you can speed it up. The lawyer also said the same, but our child was born at 28 weeks, he stayed in the NICU for 2 months, we made a tourist visa, they did not give an appointment for an interview. She was born by C-section, I had problems with my health, I studied, I worked, I carried everything for our child. I submitted the document, unfortunately, it did not change. Our document was approved, form I-130, but it was closed due to errors, our lawyer was arrested, the court was 3 months late, the form I-824 was submitted, our child recently had another surgery, we tried to speed it up, they did not answer. If my child was healthy, I would definitely be with my husband’s side. It's very difficult when you don't have a loved one, as you know, it's been 4 years and we're still waiting.

sorry ur going through this. uscis tares families apart. i too went through some things without my husband because of USCIS. Hang in there. nothing stays the same. I just got I-130’sent to NVC and I-824 is still pending. uscis are idiots hopefully ur case will move soon
