I'm so sorry to hear that. Don't loose hope. My case is very similar to yours and we are just waiting for the decision of i485 that was applied on May/2022 with PD Oct/2021. Has your status ever changed to CRP? Mine always been as fingerprint taken and then no move whatsoever.

what US State are you in? some approvals from NY and CA recently with pending asylum

I am NOT saying it would work it would depend on your specific case and I advise you to talk to an attorney ASAP regarding a 290b based on the matter of LK decided on sept 30 2024 BIA - even if your case fits this BIA decision it is a still long shot that might a 100% be worth it

@EB3333 Unskilled I never dropped out of status, but they dont consider my pending asylum an actual status so.... I'm waiting to receive the notice to see if there's more info there. I'll keep you posted.

@AM CS It's not your fault at all. I spoke with multiple law firms, like real good once out of illinois, even that popular one out of Missouri, all of them said that you can't go from pending asylum for longer than 5 months to employment based...
