my case changed from f2A to f2B
After my case took so long they called me for interview just to tell me my case is being change because age limit passed I mean they couldn't change that on spot 1.5 years and nothing? no email saying nothing just nothing? they ain't working on it they're lying because I went to the embassy to ask when is my date they told me priority date isn't yet reached. like if there is a priority date just tell me because its already set but they can't because its not set yet and they are not doing it as yet....they say wait time is key I say live your life don't wait on it my mama got me here on this app tryna figure out whats the problem but if this was up to me I wouldn't even check my email cause I would be over this....but they have push me to a point where I feel like telling my mother to sell her house and everything and come back to jamaica to be a family again and leave America alone then go to Canada because Canada visa is easy they don't play game. just downloaded this app now deleting it again because whats the point actually it can't track cases anyway just take information from you

F2A takes 3-5years and you aged out before your PD. Your lack of understanding of the process is the problem here. FYI It's quite difficult to get into Canada now. They just sent home a ton of people who were ALREADY QUALIFIED for residency.

You need to see a immigration lawyer and they know what to do by filing a different form to keep you in F2A. Our lawyer file the paperwork so when our daughter turn 21 she will stay as a F2A. It’s call a amendment
The Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) allows some children to remain classified as children and eligible for immigration status beyond their 21st birthday. This is done by calculating a child's age based on when an immigrant visa number becomes available, rather than their biological age. The Department of State's Visa Bulletin is used to determine when a visa number becomes available
To freeze a child's age under the CSPA, families can take action while their case is current, such as paying the Affidavit of Support fee. This fee is required to process the Affidavit of Support, which proves the financial stability of the sponsor.
