that’s not a problem this happened with lot of people wait for denial letter fix the problem and then file a motion to reopen for your I 485 application

i thought uscis gives a Noid before denial...have they stopped?

@everyone update. I got the denial notification today and my case was denied because of birth certificate. I forgot to include my original birth certificate in the rfe. I just submitted the translated version and the certificate of accuracy. what do you guys think i should do now?

it’s very simple file a motion to reopen and send them your original birth certificate but I would recommend hiring a lawyer
