my attorney submitted my case with out medical
hi my vawa case was submitted on February 2024 still now I didn’t get ead ssn travel documents. my attorney
didn’t submit my medical along with my file I going to submit this week that might be problem but I got all receipts and primary facia also please tell friends

you have you to receive a letter from uscis first for the medicals I’m waiting since 2023 and still no medical request

Medicals does not affect the EAD it affects the I485 you’ll need to check if the lawyer filled a C31 or C09. If they filled a C31 then you’ll need to wait until your VAWA that’s the (I360) to be approved before you can get the EAD.

Cases submitted before December 2024, the medical exam was not mandatory and uscis used to request it as RFE when they need to adjudicate i485. Si you must wait for that RFE. Your EAD is beyond normal processing time if it's C 09. You can make an inquiry.
