my attorney had applied EAD card for me and my derivative spouse.
my attorney had applied EAD card for me and my derivative spouse. after 2 months I received my Approval Notice but my Spouse it shoe Under process although it was applied same time. is this normal
as I am bit worried because my hus band stayover for 3 years before I had applied for Affirmative asylum and I add him as derivative in my application

yes it’s normal it don’t have to approve at the same time
