my attorney doesn't want to contact uscis cause I'm from a banned country
I asked my attorney to contact uscis regarding the out of normal processing time of my i485 she told me to do it myself it's not allowed to do it cause im from a banned country and the processingtime frame is 9 months to 1 year after vawa approval.any advice guys? I'm asking if I can wait or fill it myself while I used my attorney address she knows they will reject my request.i need advice please.

it is taking more than a year. that is the reason the attorney do not want to do it. if is 2 years i understand, but your application is moving. so be patient.

@nick fred my i-485 is over a year after i-360 approval i call uscis concerning by work authorization then I chipped in my i-485 which is out of processing time they said they are not receiving any request now that is still processing i should hold on
