My AOS case has been approved
marriage-based.
Had our interview on Wednesday. I was super nervous because we didn’t have much of supporting paperwork since I only got my SSN in January. But we had all the essential documents.
I feel like we spent more time in the waiting room rather than on the office with the officer. Got approved on the spot. I was told that I should expect my card in mail in about two weeks.

a pApr 1, 2022
oh yes, the medical was one of the first things they asked me for. I had it
Assad SwatiApr 1, 2022
i thought k1 AOS didn’t need to do medical if they apply within one year of medical done overseas for k1 visa
