yes they asked me for a proof of my professional experience (which was in the same company all those years) so I sent my resume again , then after transferring to nbc they asked for the birth certificate for my husband , and we each got the request for 2×2 photos (all that was submitted before) . nothing else since 🤞 good luck for the wait !

hello @salome k , thank you for your response! did you receive your GC after the multiple initial RFEs? if so, how long did it take? it’s frustrating that the RFEs come in a piecemeal manner if they could come in a single request. 😖

@Ma Lu no I am still waiting . I got the request for the fingerprints about 3 months after last rfe sent to them . less than a month later which is last week, I just got the update of "case remains pending" 😑

@salome k , the process is kinda messed up… i’m worried because my work auth and OPT are expiring on April 2025. i dont want to go to school again, but i’m buying time for my GC. good luck to both of us!

Me and my wife we also got two Rfe.

I am in the same situation. Today my husband and I have been sent a second RFE. We must wait for it to arrive to find out what it is about. The first one was for medical examinations. Please, can those of you who have received a second RFE help me by telling me what it was about? @Corey T @a T

Hello @a T @Corey T and @C R , i think we have different situations… the first RFE that I received was for my medical, next was for the birth cert and 2x2, and the third one God knows what. the system is messed up

why don't they just ask for everything in one RFE? very time consuming
