moving from eb4 to eb3
is there any way someone from the eb4 category move to eb3? I’m not sure if anyone here has done that or if it’s possible. I know i need a job to basically sponsor me but I’m curious if anyone has done that before

I don't think so, especially since you're SIJS. That said, I think the change in the INA interpretation works in your favor. The current cutoff date is SEPT 2018, while your priority date is in NOV2020. I believe things should work faster for you, now.

I guess you need start a new process if you want to move a new category.
