moving before file n 400
Hi! My time to file for N400 under 3 years rule (married) is mid May. We are currently living in SF CA, and wanting to move to LA soon. I saw in previous post the someone got denied for changing their address. Can someone explain when is it better to move before or after? How long before and after? And does this rule apply even if we move within the same state but s different uscis office. Thanks! 🙏🏼

that’s not a rule. you can move whenever you prefer, you just have to tell uscis ur new address within 10 days of moving. They probably got denied got something else or gave the wrong adresss to the officer because it wasn’t updated

im not sure you are correct, I saw the rule on the uscis website under n400 form. I just don't understand it fully and maybe it's not relevant I you stay in the same state

I only see that you have to have lived in a particular state for 3 months BEFORE applying
