@raza khan The lawyer made a mistake with some dates on the employment authorization, which led to the rejection of the application and the denial of the I-485. We submitted new evidence to correct the error, but it's been about 117 days since we sent it, and we still haven’t received a response.

I just wanted to know after a motion is filed what’s the time they take to re-open the case or just provide a resolution on it

@Susie R also waiting for response, they only said they received it since May and it’s been silence since then. hopefully I get a decision for them to reopen this week or month 🙏🏿🙏🏿
