Most Awaited i130 approval
The Most Awaited Post 💌 After months of stress, delays, and uncertainty — we finally got approved! 🙏 Here’s our rollercoaster journey: Filed I-130 on 16th August 2023. Got denied on 31st January 2024 due to an issue with the beneficiary's divorce decree (translation was not properly done). Filed I-290B (Motion to Reopen) on 26th February 2024. With no clarity, we got anxious and on 23rd March, filed a new I-130, just in case. But just three days later, on 26th March 2024, a miracle happened — we got a notification that action was taken on our I-290B. It was approved! 🎉 We even received the approval letter by mail, although online it still shows "in processing." Then came another surprise — on 6th June 2025, USCIS asked for biometrics of the petitioner, which is quite rare. Originally scheduled for 26th June, we managed to prepone it to 12th June using a military expedite request. On 19th June, we raised a service request online — just got an SRN, no emails, no updates. On 1st July, my husband called USCIS. The officer said, “You’ll hear something soon. You have multiple files, so it might take longer. But rest assured, it’s in process.” We decided not to withdraw anything, just waited… Then came 3rd July 2025 — A notification popped up that literally took our breath away… WE GOT APPROVED. 🥹❤️ After all the pain, confusion, patience, and prayers — we made it. For anyone still waiting — don’t lose hope. Keep pushing, keep praying. ✨ This journey tested us, but it also made us stronger. I give all credit to my husband who was patient through out the process and I'm able to post this and share my experience...❤️❣️ #ImmigrationJourney #I130Approval #290BApproved #TrustTheProcess #NeverGiveUp
