Like my case, my lawyer presented all that I had when he applied for me. Months later, a request for additional evidence was sent by USCIS. what I did was reminded USCIS of those documents that were sent couple with affidavits from people who knew about my relationship. I also included a phycologist report of the effects of abuse that I suffered. With God, my case was approved.

A psychological report is an evaluation done by a psychologist to show the level at which you suffered be it mentally or physically doing your marriage.

I will suggest you wait till you see what's been requested for. Sometimes it might not be anything serious in most cases, since you submitted most of it.

@nick fred they ask me proof of abused, proof of residency but I never had a lease together, proof of good faith marriage

@alise e I think my lawyer was submitted everything together but will see what they will ask me after the medical.i send the medical it shows that they received it and start working on my case again.
