finally got a company for that FO😀. mine is Oct 2020 filed employment based. Case ready for scheduling interview since 16th Sept 2021. no movement since. for Montgomery, they are accepting Servuice or case enquiries filed on it before 15th April 2020 for employnent based and august 2019 for family based applications. what’s your filing date?

it say it from March 15 2021 to June 20 201 before I got my day for july

I send My paper work in from last year of November and I went on my interview in July and I did not receive my work card Until September this year which went on my interview back in July and still haven’t heard anything back from them yet

if status is case is ready for interview then it may take 2 -3 months in Montgomery for interview scheduling+4 weeks for the interview. what’s your PD?

case processing time-I485 in this FO- case enquiry date for marriage based will give you some idea

USCIS case processing time website- search in google, then select form and FO (I 485 ,Montgomery ). scroll down and you’ll see this

look at the date for enquiry against Family based

this means how much they are backlogged. cases filed on or before that dates can put in a service request for delay in their case processing. you’ll have to wait patiently.

5 months after interview with an rfe I finally got my green card on hand. they received my case 12-3-2020 green card being produced 12-4-2021 received actual green card 12-9-2021. Montgomery field office

hi guys, I just got my greencard in the mail last week the entire process took 345 days, almost one year after I submitted my case

yes, they only took me in for the interview not my husband. it was really fast and the officer was super pleasant, we where on our way back home and our status changed to case approved.

I think they try to schedule the interview before the 1 year mark so you will definitely be interviewed soon. Just be your self and don't be worried 😉

yes I got the Letter in the mail 1 month before, also my status changed 1 day after I was in the highest probability in the lawfully app

İ see, I think our field office is working slow. Everyone I know gets their card within 7-8 months of submitting their documents. It's been 13 months and my interview date hasn't come :(

I submitted my case on October 2020 on tsx, I call the uscis they said they will schedule my interview in the future, I ask how long it takes , they told me it depends how busy of my local field office, they told me just wait.
