Missing RFE sent to USCIS
Hello Everyone,
Please has anybody’s RFE response gone missing before? what did you do?
I submitted my RFE response in on May 23/2025 and USPS said it was delivered to the San Fernando field office but my status still shows that I have not responded to the RFE request. I have contacted them severally but was told that I did not submit any RFE response.
Please I’ll need your advise and experiences to help me resolve this issue.

If you still have a copy and the deadline for responding to the RFE hasn’t expired then simply resubmit it.
