Missing Approval Notice
Anybody with this experience or can advise
My I-140 was approved but I never received my approval notice due to incorrect address. I am current but I need my approval notice to file for AOS. Can I file for AOS along side I-824 to request duplicate approval notice? or Do I need to wait until I get the duplicate approval notice to file AOS?

my humble suggestion is to first request for a duplicate copy before submitting to avoid unnecessary delays

I would call an agent and ask for PDF copy. print that copy and use it for filing

Ask Emma. She can connect you with an officer who will update your address in the system and give you a copy of your notice. I had a similar issue.
